Job Title: Counter Sales Representative – Modern Trade

Job Responsibilities:

1. To greet and attend walk-in customers at the store.

2. Gain complete knowledge about the product.

3. Understand customer requirements as per needs and pitch them the best product.

4. Attend customer queries and complaints.

5. Follow up with the customers to finalize the purchase of the product and support them with post-sales services.

6. Provide personalized service to the customer in exceptional circumstances.

7. Work on building a good customer relationship with each walk-in customer.

8. Introducing new offers and discounts to walk-in customers/ existing customers over the phone.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Customer service-oriented with a deep understanding of consumer buying behavior.
  • Confident, well-groomed, and pleasant demeanor with excellent communication skills.
  • High emotional quotient and interpersonal skills to manage sales and customer relationships.
  • Proven ability to receive and act on positive customer feedback.

Qualifications:
