  • Key Responsibilities:

Handle data entry, record keeping, and database management accurately.

Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations.

Manage filing systems and ensure that all records are updated and easily accessible.

Support accounts, HR, and other departments with administrative tasks.

Respond to internal queries efficiently and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

A Back Office Executive is responsible for supporting and ensuring smooth operations. Their duties include : 1. Data Entry : Recording and updating information into the database accurately and efficiently. 2. Processing Transactions : Handling and processing routine transactions such as invoices, receipts, and payments. 3. Record Keeping : Maintaining accurate and organized records of transactions and other relevant data. 4. Customer Support : Answering customer inquiries, resolving problems, and providing information as needed. 5. Documentation : Preparing reports, maintaining records, and organizing files. 6. Compliance : Ensuring all activities comply with company policies and regulations. 7. Team Support : Assisting team members and contributing to team goals. 8. Reporting : Generating reports and presenting findings to management. The ideal candidate for this role should have attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
