**Job Summary**:
The Back Office Executive for International Process is responsible for managing administrative tasks, data entry, and coordination related to international operations. This role ensures smooth functioning of back-office tasks, providing support to the front office and other departments by handling critical documentation, data management, and client interactions. The executive works in compliance with international standards and time zones.

**Key Responsibilities**:1. Data Management & Entry**:

- Accurately input, update, and maintain data related to international operations in the company's database or software systems.
- Verify the accuracy of data entered and ensure timely completion of all data entry tasks.
- Organize and store digital and paper records in an easily accessible manner.

**2. Documentation & Reporting**:

- Prepare and manage essential documentation such as invoices, contracts, shipping documents, and financial reports related to international transactions.
- Maintain records of all communications, transactions, and relevant client information.
- Assist in generating reports for management to track the progress of international operations.

**3. Communication & Coordination**:

- Work closely with other departments, such as finance, logistics, and customer service, to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
- Coordinate with the international team regarding deadlines, schedules, and project status.

**4. Customer Support**:

- Provide administrative support to international clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues related to orders, payments, and shipments.
- Handle escalated client concerns and work towards their resolution in coordination with the relevant teams.

**5. Process Improvement**:

- Suggest improvements to back-office processes, focusing on increased efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
- Assist in implementing new procedures or software systems that improve international back-office operations.

**6. Compliance & Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure that all back-office processes comply with company policies, international trade regulations, and industry standards.
- Regularly audit and review records to ensure accuracy and adherence to internal controls and compliance guidelines.

**7. Time Zone Coordination**:

- Manage workflows and communication across different international time zones, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Adjust work schedules as necessary to meet deadlines and coordinate with international clients or partners in various regions.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience in back-office support, international operations, or administrative roles.
- Experience working in an international process or dealing with international clients is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
