We're looking for an
Event Marketing Manager
to
own and scale HSI's event marketing engine
—driving brand visibility, community engagement, training conversions, and sales pipeline impact.

What You'll Do

  • Build and run HSI's
    multi-event cadence
    : weekly CG, HR Clinics, Corporate Connects, bi-monthly webinars, quarterly Mentor Walks, and partner events.
  • Drive
    registrations, attendance, and conversions
    —turning participants into training sign-ups, candidates, and clients.
  • Pitch and onboard sponsors/partners
    , ensuring ROI-driven outcomes.
  • Manage
    CRM, campaigns, dashboards, and tracking
    for lead quality and CPL optimization.
  • Repurpose event content into
    reels, posts, and nurture campaigns
    .
  • Lead
    on-ground execution
    for flagship events and client roadshows (10–20% travel).

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • Launch full event cadence with ≥85% on-time delivery.
  • Drive
    400+ registrations/month
    with ≥45% attendance.
  • Deliver
    40+ qualified leads
    to BD and enable 8–10 meetings booked.
  • Secure
    2 new sponsors/partners
    and support weekly client sign-ups.

What We're Looking For

  • 4–8 years in
    Event Marketing/Growth
    (B2B, EdTech, HRTech, or Community).
  • Proven success running
    multi-event cadences (4+/month)
    with measurable ROI.
  • Hands-on with
    Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Events, Zoom/StreamYard, Canva, Google Sheets
    .
  • Data-driven mindset: CPL, CAC, funnel tracking, conversions.
  • Strong mix of
    storytelling + operations
    ; able to manage CXO-level speakers.

Nice-to-Haves:
Paid ads (Meta/LinkedIn/Google), webinar automation, WhatsApp campaigns, diversity/women-in-tech event experience.
