About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Finance Specialist to join our team. The ideal

candidate will play a pivotal role in managing daily financial reporting and bookkeeping,

including bank statements and profit and loss statements, while handling invoicing, tracking

receivables, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update the general ledger and all financial statements.

- Perform regular closing activities (monthly, quarterly, annual), reconcile accounts, and

resolve discrepancies.

- Prepare and analyse financial statements like balance sheets, profit and loss accounts,

and cash flows.

- Support budgeting and forecasting processes; analyse financial data for management

input.

- Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations (including TDS, GST,PT,PF filings

etc) and reporting requirements.

- Lead the finance team and liaise with external stakeholders, auditors, and regulatory

authorities.

- Monitor accounts receivable to follow up on overdue payments, communicate with

clients for collections.

- Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable balances regularly and resolve

discrepancies identified during reconciliation.

- Processing Payroll and ensuring the payroll compliance as per the regulation.

Qualifications & Skills

- CA Inter or Semi-Qualified CA with 3+ years of experience in finance or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

- Experience in payroll processing and compliance tasks.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for client and vendor interactions.

- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software tools like Zoho, Tally, etc.
