We are now looking for a
Talent Sourcer
who will play a key role in scaling this next phase of growth — identifying and engaging top talent across multiple high-impact functions in India.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers
  across Product, Customer Success, Customer Experience, Technical Support, and Professional Services to build diverse and high-quality talent pipelines.
• Own end-to-end sourcing
  — from market mapping and research to outreach and candidate engagement — ensuring a steady pipeline of top talent for critical roles.
• Source with precision and creativity
  , using a mix of advanced search strategies, AI-driven sourcing tools, referrals, and social engagement to uncover hidden talent.
• Craft tailored outreach strategies
  that reflect Rubrik's mission and the unique impact of each team in India.
• Deliver actionable talent intelligence
  — provide insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive talent landscapes to help shape recruiting strategy.
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional partners
  , ensuring alignment and transparency across the hiring lifecycle.
• Champion diversity hiring initiatives
  by embedding inclusive sourcing practices and representing Rubrik's culture of belonging.
• Track and analyze metrics
  to continuously improve sourcing efficiency and quality of hire.

What We're Looking For:

• 4–7 years of sourcing experience in a high-growth technology environment, preferably within SaaS, Product, or Enterprise Tech companies.
• Proven success in building pipelines for both technical and customer-facing roles.
• Strong command of sourcing tools — LinkedIn Recruiter,Naukri, HireEZ, SeekOut, Gem, GitHub, or similar platforms.
• Excellent storytelling and stakeholder management skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• A passion for connecting with people and building relationships that go beyond a single role.
• A self-starter who thrives in an agile, high-impact environment.
