Role Overview

As the
Branch Sales Manager
, you will lead the Hyderabad branch sales operations, drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will manage client relationships, mentor the sales team, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailor-made electronic security solutions for enterprises, corporates, and retail businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute branch sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Lead and motivate the branch sales team; set performance goals and ensure achievement.
  • Identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and expand customer base.
  • Promote Adtech's portfolio of
    electronic security products & integrated solutions
    to corporates, SMEs, and retail clients.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Collaborate with technical and service teams to deliver customized solutions and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence to senior management.
  • Ensure branch profitability by managing sales pipeline, forecasting, and operational costs.
  • Represent Adtech at local industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education:
    Graduate in Business/Marketing/Engineering; MBA preferred.
  • Experience:
    7–12 years in B2B sales, preferably in
    electronic security, IT infrastructure, or related technology solutions
    .
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with decision-makers in corporates, SMEs, and retail chains.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a result-oriented approach.
