This role requires a candidate with excellent legal acumen, drafting skills, and the ability to navigate complex legal landscapes. Key Responsibility:Legal Advisory:-Provide expert legal advice and support on matters related to service rules and higher education regulations. -Analyses and interprets legal documents, contracts, and policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws. Drafting and Review:-Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.

-Ensure legal documentation is clear, concise, and aligned with the university's goals and policies. Compliance Management:-Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting higher education institutions and ensure the university's compliance. -Develop and implement compliance programs to mitigate legal risks.

Dispute Resolution:-Handle and resolve legal disputes, claims and litigation matters efficiently. -Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary. Educational Business Matters:-Provide legal support for business matters related to education, including collaborations, partnerships, and commercial transactions.

Communication and Training:-Communicate legal advice and information clearly to stakeholders. -Conduct legal training sessions for university staff to enhance legal awareness. Contract Management:-Develop and implement a robust contract management system to streamline processes and ensure compliance.

Qualifications and Experience:-LLB/LLM degree from a recognized institution. -2-5years of relevant experience in legal matters related to service rules and/or higher education institutions. -Proven track record of handling legal issues within the education sector.

-Strong understanding of higher education laws and regulations. -Excellent drafting and communication skills.
