Job Summary: Lijomart LLP is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize our digital marketing efforts across various channels. The ideal candidate will be passionate about all things digital, possess a strong understanding of current marketing trends, and be adept at leveraging digital platforms to achieve business objectives. This role will be crucial in expanding our brand reach, attracting new customers, and fostering strong online community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to Lijomart LLP's website.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits.
  • Optimize website content, meta descriptions, title tags, and other on-page elements for search engines.
  • Manage and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Social Media Management & Campaigns:
  • Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) to build brand awareness, foster community, and drive engagement.
  • Create, curate, and schedule compelling content (including text, images, and videos) optimized for each platform.
  • Plan, launch, and manage social media advertising campaigns (paid and organic), optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitor social media trends, engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage online reputation.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to demonstrate ROI and inform future strategies.
  • Poster Design & Visual Content Creation:
  • Design visually appealing and effective digital posters, banners, infographics, and other visual assets for social media, website, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
  • Ensure all designs are consistent with Lijomart LLP's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Utilize graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) to create high-quality visuals.
  • Collaborate with content creators and marketing team members to align visual content with overall campaign themes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
