We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven digital marketing strategies across multiple online platforms. This role requires strong expertise in Meta Ads, SEO, and performance-based marketing. The candidate should be a creative thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of improving brand visibility, engagement, and conversions through innovative digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and other digital platforms.
  • Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Google Ads, and other paid media campaigns to drive high-quality leads and conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and user engagement data to improve ROI and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page & off-page SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
  • Develop creative and compelling digital content to enhance brand awareness and user engagement.
  • Monitor website performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights for UX and conversion rate optimization.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, ad policies, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, content creators, and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and high-performing campaigns.
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to nurture leads and streamline communication workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with digital advertising guidelines, data privacy regulations, and industry standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital communications, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with strong proficiency in Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of social media advertising, email marketing, landing page optimization, and lead generation strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, impactful messaging.
  • A creative and analytical mindset with the ability to ideate innovative campaign strategies.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
