We are seeking a skilled People Tech HCM Consultant to join our team and assist us in optimizing human capital management processes through technology solutions. The incumbent brings in

1) Technical capability to go deep and understand the modules within Oracle HCM and become an in-house SME . Independently able to configure basic reports, letter formats, validation/feedback mechanisms and manage SR process with Oracle

2) Based on user needs, suggest the right approach:Build vs Buy as a product manager for diverse employee segments across India and international geographies

3) Script basic integrations between systems(PowerBI,Oracle, Oracle-Truein etc)

4) Assist in building customized experience layers /self service modules that can be used by employees

5) Core metrics of success: Adoption of technology, Accuracy %ages , Minimised TAT for builds/CR implementation

Job responsibilities :

  1. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand HR requirements and challenges.

  2. Research and evaluate HCM software options, considering factors such as features, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

  3. Collaborate to select the most suitable HCM software solution based on needs and budget.

  4. Lead the implementation process, including system configuration, data migration, and integration.

  5. Customize the HCM software to align with specific workflows and processes, including the development of custom modules if necessary.

  6. Provide comprehensive training sessions to HR staff and end-users on how to effectively utilize the new HCM software.

  7. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to address any issues or questions that arise post-implementation.

  8. Monitor the performance of the HCM system and recommend optimizations or updates to enhance its efficiency and effectiveness.

  9. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards regarding data privacy, security, and employment laws.

  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HCM technology to provide informed recommendations.

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience working as an HCM consultant or in a similar role, preferably within the HR technology industry.

In-depth knowledge of HCM software systems and their capabilities, such as payroll, talent management, and workforce planning.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand needs and translate them into actionable solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
