Job Description: Oracle HCM Core HR & Absence Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR and Absence Management modules. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team driving digital HR transformation.

Role: Oracle HCM Core HR & Absence Consultant

Experience: 57 Years

Location: [Delhi NCR and Mumbai]

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support end-to-end implementations of Core HR and Absence Management modules in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Configure, test, and deploy HCM solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering, solution design, and UAT support.
  • Provide post go-live support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
  • Ensure best practices and compliance with Oracle standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 57 years of functional experience in Oracle HCM.
  • Minimum 3 end-to-end implementations in Core HR and Absence modules.
  • Strong functional knowledge of business processes in HR and Absence.
  • Hands-on configuration experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

  • Oracle HCM Cloud Certification.
  • Experience in multi-country/global rollouts.
  • Exposure to integrations with other modules/systems.
