Job Role: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (Trainer) Type: Contract - Fully Remote/Part Time(half day- 3- 4hrs per day)Start date: Immediate/ ASAPAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with a strong background in end-to-end implementation and functional training .The role requires a hands-on expert who can design, deliver, and facilitate module-specific training sessions for internal teams and clients — ensuring both functional understanding and practical application across Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.The ideal candidate will combine deep functional knowledge , excellent presentation and communication skills , and a passion for knowledge transfer to upskill HCM users, consultants, and business stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct structured functional and end-user training sessions across Oracle Fusion HCM modules.Develop training materials, process documentation, simulations, and knowledge assessments .Design and execute learning roadmaps aligned with organizational training needs.Deliver both functional process and hands-on system configuration training.Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve course content.Support internal capability-building for new HCM functionalities and quarterly updates.Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure accurate, up-to-date training content.Provide functional mentoring for consultants and client-side HR teams.Lead train-the-trainer (TTT) sessions for client stakeholders.Required Experience and Skills10+ years of overall experience in Oracle Fusion HCM (minimum 2–3 full-cycle implementations).3+ years experience as a Trainer / Coach / Knowledge Enablement Consultant .Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.Proven experience in developing learning content, eLearning modules, and user adoption materials .Ability to translate business processes into system training effectively.Hands-on configuration experience and practical understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM functionalities.Modules to be Covered(Need to have expertise on atleast 2-3 modules from below list):1.
