We are seeking a skilled Data Analytics professional who has a strong foundation in data analytics, experience working with large datasets, and expertise in analyzing operational performance and business metrics. Desire Skills & Experience Any Graduate/ Post-Graduate who holds experience into data analytics domain.

6 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a BPM, or voice process environment. Proven experience in analyzing operational metrics. Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms such as SQL, Excel.

Experience with scientific analytics tools like Python, R, or SAS for statistical analysis and model development. Competent with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.Knowledge of statistical techniques, including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, clustering, and machine learning. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
