About The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Data Analytics Manager to lead our analytics function and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will manage and mentor a team of analysts, define our data strategy, and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver insights that shape business outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of data analysts, guiding them on projects,career growth, and performance.
• Develop and execute the company's data analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Oversee the analysis of large, complex datasets to uncover actionable insights and identify business trends.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, etc.) to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Design and implement reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present key insights to senior management and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain standards for data collection, processing, and analysis to ensure accuracy, consistency, and security.
• Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics, recommending enhancements to tools, processes, and methodologies.
• Act as a strategic advisor to department heads and executives, delivering insights that directly influence decision-making and business growth.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in data analytics and data management, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (e.g.,Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Proven experience in team management, including hiring, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong business acumen and a passion for enabling data-driven decision-making across an organization.
