Must make data-driven decisions quickly to support production efficiency, safety, and product quality. Process Improvement and Optimization- Conduct time studies and root cause analysis to eliminate waste - Implement lean manufacturing techniques to improve flow and reduce cycle times - Use Six Sigma methods for quality and process improvements

Tooling and Equipment Management- Coordinate with tool rooms for fixture/jig development - Monitor equipment uptime and recommend upgrades or replacements - Plan preventive maintenance schedules with Maintenance team

Process Improvement and Optimization- Conduct time studies and root cause analysis to eliminate waste - Implement lean manufacturing techniques to improve flow and reduce cycle times - Use Six Sigma methods for quality and process improvements

New Product Introduction (NPI)

  • Support new project trials and ramp-up

  • Participate in Daily

Work Management and Gemba

  • Drive 5S, autonomous maintenance, and small group activities
  • Ensure machine and operator safety through risk assessmentsKNOWLEDGE
