Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Engineer located in Pune. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment to ensure smooth operation. Daily tasks include conducting regular inspections, performing electrical maintenance, and coordinating with other departments to maintain equipment efficiency and safety standards. The Maintenance Engineer will also keep detailed maintenance records and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance Engineering, and Maintenance & Repair
  • Skills in Preventive Maintenance and Electrical Maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Relevant certifications or technical training in maintenance or engineering is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
