The Email Marketing Manager at Web Conquerors LLC will be responsible for leading email outreach efforts, managing a small team, and ensuring the company consistently achieves lead-generation goals. This role involves strategic planning, hands-on execution, and team coordination to deliver measurable results every month.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies to achieve at least 50 qualified leads per month.
  • Manage and guide a team of email marketers to ensure daily and weekly targets are met.
  • Build and maintain lead databases, ensuring accurate and updated contact information.
  • Write and review email templates for outreach campaigns.
  • Use Gmail and Outlook to manage campaigns, track conversations, and follow up with leads.
  • Monitor key metrics such as response rate, conversion rate, and lead quality.
  • Optimize outreach strategy through testing subject lines, timing, and personalization.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to hand over warm leads for closure.
  • Prepare and present monthly performance reports, including successes, challenges, and action plans for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in email marketing or lead generation.
  • Proficiency in using Gmail, Outlook, and basic spreadsheet tools for lead management.
  • Experience in handling and motivating a small team.
  • Ability to meet monthly targets and work under deadlines.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of lead qualification and sales funnels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
