About the Role

Acadecraft Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and results-driven Email Marketing Manager to lead our email communication strategy. This is a full-time, work-from-office role based in Noida Sector 63, requiring a professional with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in email marketing.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on email campaigns that support lead generation, customer engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Create compelling email content aligned with brand tone and marketing objectives.
  • Build and maintain segmented mailing lists for targeted campaigns.
  • Set up automated workflows, drip campaigns, and lead nurturing sequences.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, CTAs, and design.
  • Analyze campaign performance and report metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and deliverability.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
  • Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to improve engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in email marketing (preferably in a digital-first or B2B environment).
  • Strong understanding of email automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
  • Proficiency in segmentation, list management, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Good knowledge of analytics platforms and reporting dashboards.
  • Experience with A/B testing and email optimization techniques.
  • Strong copywriting, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic email editing (a plus).
