Responsibilities

What will you do?

  • Lab Management Maintain an organized, well-equipped fragrance lab, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Formulation & Innovation Assist in creating and refining new fragrance formulations, supporting the development of innovative products.
  • Sample Preparation Blend, bottle, and prepare fragrance samples for evaluation and submission to internal teams and clients.
  • Data & Documentation Keep meticulous records of formulations, ingredient usage, and sample testing using advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Quality Control Conduct stability tests and assist in evaluating olfactory performance across different applications.
  • Inventory Management Track raw materials, maintain stock levels, and ensure smooth supply chain coordination.

Desired Candidate Profile

Who are we looking for?

  • 1-3 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in fragrance, cosmetics, or related industries.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel including data entry, analysis, and formulation tracking.
  • Understanding of fragrance composition, blending techniques, and raw materials.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in maintaining a structured lab environment.
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures and lab safety standards.
