Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our online business operations across marketplaces and digital channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing e-commerce performance, coordinating with agencies, and utilizing digital marketing tools to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, measure, and analyze E-commerce sales performance and inventory/stock levels across platforms.
  • Prepare and maintain Daily, Weekly, and Monthly performance reports.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, marketplace partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and product listings.
  • Assist in managing and optimizing product listings, pricing, and promotions on Amazon India, Amazon USA, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives including paid campaigns, email marketing, and social media promotions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve online sales performance and enhance visibility across digital channels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in E-commerce or Digital Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of E-commerce operations (especially Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and online advertising metrics.
