Role Description

The Regional IT Executive will oversee IT operations, provide technical support, and address troubleshooting challenges across the designated region. Responsibilities include maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure, ensuring network reliability, and handling system updates and technical requirements for business continuity. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandigarh, requiring collaboration with both local and regional teams to implement IT-related strategies effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to resolve hardware, software, and application issues seamlessly.
  • Strong skills in Network Administration, including configuring and managing network systems for optimal performance.
  • Expertise in Information Technology and IT Operations to ensure seamless operational workflows and system efficiency.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Relevant experience in IT-related roles; certifications in IT, networking, or system administration (e.g., CompTIA, CCNA) are an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
