Role & responsibilities

  • Monitoring and ensure proper cleaning activity and status label in manufacturing and filling area.
  • Monitoring Temperature and RH% of manufacturing and filling area and ensure there should be no excursion in Filling area.
  • Set up and operate PFS / Vial filling and sealing operation.
  • Involve in dispensing and batch manufacturing activity.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP and SOPs.
  • Involvement in validation related activity.
  • Perform in-process checks and document results accurately.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch records, equipment logs, and quality control documents.
  • Regular reports on production output, efficiency, and quality metrics to supervisor.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • To ensure that all preventive maintenance activity to be done on time in case of any breakdown to resolve the issue on time for smooth production activity.
  • Responsible to work as directed by supervisor.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and Ability to lift and move materials up to [specific weight, e.g., 25 kg].
