Owsho Market Place – Hiring Field Sales Executives (Ahmedabad)

Position: Field Sales Executive / Field Salesman

Location: Ahmedabad (Multiple Areas)

Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferred: FMCG / Retail / App Sales / Field Marketing)

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives + Bonus

Job Type: Full-Time | Immediate Joining

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new local vendors and retailers onto the Owsho platform.
  • Promote Owsho vendor subscription plans and explain product benefits.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets for vendor onboarding and subscriptions.
  • Conduct field visits, build strong vendor relationships, and provide post-onboarding support.
  • Gather market feedback and competitor insights.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (FMCG / Retail / App / Service sector preferred).
  • Must own a bike and smartphone.
  • Self-motivated with good knowledge of local markets.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
