Owsho Market Place - Hiring Field Sales Executives (Ahmedabad)

**Position**: Field Sales Executive / Field Salesman
**Location**: Ahmedabad (Multiple Areas)
**Experience**: 1-3 Years (Preferred: FMCG / Retail / App Sales / Field Marketing)
**Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 + Incentives + Bonus

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and onboard new local vendors and retailers onto the Owsho platform.
- Promote Owsho vendor subscription plans and explain product benefits.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets for vendor onboarding and subscriptions.
- Conduct field visits, build strong vendor relationships, and provide post-onboarding support.
- Gather market feedback and competitor insights.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (FMCG / Retail / App / Service sector preferred).
- Must own a bike and smartphone.
- Self-motivated with good knowledge of local markets.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
