Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content (posts, reels, stories, graphics, videos).
  • Schedule and publish posts across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to queries/comments, and manage community engagement.
  • Run paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
  • Track and analyze performance using social media analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Stay updated with trending content formats (memes, reels, stories, hashtags).
  • Handle influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
  • Prepare and present monthly social media reports.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • Proven experience (0–2 years for entry-level) in managing social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms & trends.
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite.
  • Creative thinking with excellent copywriting & storytelling skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts and campaigns.
  • Good communication and team collaboration skills.
