Role Description:

We're looking for a Social Media Manager who loves to spearhead everything from content creation to strategy to analytics.

What you'll do:


• Own our social media presence end-to-end across platforms


• Create, curate and publish content that's engaging, unique and on-brand


• Experiment with fresh formats, trends and campaigns to keep us ahead of the curve


• Track performance, analyze insights and turn numbers into smarter strategies


• Be the go-to person for creative ideas that bring our brand story to life


• Lead with energy and responsibility, while keeping things fun and enterprising


• Build authentic engagement with our community

We're looking for someone who:


• Is enthusiastic, creative and full of ideas


• Knows how to turn concepts into impactful social campaigns


• Loves analyzing what works (and what doesn't) to constantly grow and improve


• Understands how to blend brand personality with social trends


• Is proactive, experimental and not afraid to take initiative


• Can balance fun with accountability - you'll lead, but also be hands-on

Requirements:

  • Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Experience in developing content strategies
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in interior design or related industry is a plus
