Job Description Fixence Technology Solutions is hiring an IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure smooth operations for our clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hardware, networking, and user support.
--- Key Responsibilities Provide L1/L2 technical support via phone, email, and onsite visits Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues Install & configure operating systems, desktops, laptops, and peripherals Manage Microsoft 365, email setups, and user access permissions Monitor system performance and resolve technical incidents Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions Coordinate with senior engineers for escalations --- Required Skills Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking Familiar with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and VPN Good understanding of hardware troubleshooting Excellent communication and customer-handling skills Ability to work in shifts (if required) --- Qualifications Diploma / Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar Certifications like CompTIA A+, N+, CCNA, Microsoft preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹38,516.44 per month
