**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Support**:
- Troubleshoot issues and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
- **Maintenance**:
- Conduct regular system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Upgrade systems and implement new features as required.
- **Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and system configurations.
- Prepare user manuals and training materials for clients.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with senior technicians and project managers to ensure timely project completion.
- Liaise with vendors for parts and equipment procurement.
**Qualifications**:
- Associate degree in telecommunications, information technology, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in PABX installation and support.
- Familiarity with various PABX systems (e.g., Avaya, Cisco, Panasonic) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
