Role & responsibilities

  • The NR Performance Support Manager (NR PSM) is responsible for driving the acquisition and activation of Non-Resident Indian (NRI) relationships through mapped branches. The role involves working closely with branch staff to promote NRI banking products and ensure high-quality service delivery and business conversions.
  • This position involves working closely with mapped branches, product team, and all other stakeholders to enhance the NR product portfolio, ensure seamless customer service, and optimize business performance.
  • Will be responsible for achieving the business targets of NR segment at respective regions assigned.
  • Monitoring deposit movement, inflow-outflow trends, and remittance volumes, ensuring portfolio stability and growth.
  • Monitor process adherence for NR account opening, remittances, and forex transactions ensuring seamless execution in mapped branches.

To have discussions with the Branch Managers and Leadership Team in order to drive the product in their respective locations.
