Job Objective:

Objective of this role is to service paid clients (property owners) in order to resolve their queries, improve credibility, nurture relationships and assist them to find genuine buyers for their properties. The role is also responsible for account retention and renewal.

Job Description:

  • Maintaining relationships with existing / paid HNI clients of
  • Assisting the assigned clients in finding genuine buyers for their properties
  • Solving their posting related queries to ensure appropriate usage of advertisement inventory (paid digital campaigns)
  • Managing large amounts of incoming/outbound calls
  • Ensuring internal coordination with different stakeholders and teams including sales, design, product and operations for effective deliveries
  • Achieving process SLAs and MIS report generation Required Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in client relationship role within voice processes
  • Good convincing skills
  • Flexibility with rotational shifts
