Exciting Career Opportunity – Principal Associate (M&A, PE & VC) | Tier 1 Law Firm

Role Highlights:

  • Lead Complex Transactions: Own high-value M&A, PE, and JV mandates—from initial structuring to execution and closing.
  • Strategic Advisory & Negotiation: Drive negotiation strategy, oversee due diligence, and draft key deal documents with precision.
  • Cross-Sector Leadership: Guide transactions in varied sectors such as fintech, healthcare, insurance, e-commerce, manufacturing, and NBFCs 
  • Mentorship & Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members, oversee deliverables, and ensure seamless collaboration across functions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as a principal point of contact for clients and external advisors, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Principal Associate with 9–11 years PQE (gradually aligned with graduation year 2018 or earlier).
  • Proven track record in leading sophisticated M&A and private equity transactions.
  • Excellent leadership, judgment, client-handling, and strategic advisory skills.
  • Commercially savvy, independent, and comfortable managing high-pressure deals from start to finish.
