Role Description
The Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong business relationships with corporate clients, MICE planners, and travel partners in the Gurgaon market. The role involves proactive sales calls, account management, and business development to achieve assigned sales targets and maximize hotel occupancy and revenue.
Qualifications
.Minimum 6 years' experience in hotel sales, with a strong focus on the Gurgaon market.
.In-depth knowledge of Gurgaon Corporate accounts, MICE segment, and TMCs (Travel Management Companies).
.Proven track record of driving sales targets and expanding corporate client base.
.Strong network and relationships with key corporate decision-makers and travel partners in the region.
.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
.Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-focused approach.
.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple accounts, and meet tight deadlines.
.Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player with high integrity.
