Job Brief:

Position: Marketing Executive

Are you a dynamic and detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing operations? Join our team as a Marketing Executive and oversee impactful marketing initiatives across India. You'll manage budgets, engage with partners, and ensure seamless execution of strategies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, drive influencer engagement, and enhance our clients brands presence both in-store and online.

Responsibilities:

This role oversees India market.

1. Operations:

  • Be the owner of raising distributor & OEMs Marketing Development Fund (MDF) & OPEX Purchase Orders (POs).

  • Validate Proof of Execution (POE) and invoices in collaboration with the internal operations team.

  • Manage compliance queries and resolve any questions from the internal operations team.

  • Data management, including storing and retrieving current or historical data accurately and efficiently.

  • Take ownership of updating and tracking marketing investment budgets trackers.

  • Maintain channel maps and ensure accurate store list maintenance for seamless business operations.

2. OPEX Activity Execution:

  • Work with agencies on OPEX activities, including negotiating and obtaining quotations, planning, reviewing, and managing the distribution process.

  • Support and ensure flawless execution of OPEX activities, maintaining a strong and unified in-store presence and influence as per the established plan.

  • Take charge of integrating local content into social media platforms and handling social boosting requests to enhance brand visibility.

3. Partner Marketing Engagement:

  • Collaborate with local Partner Marketing Manager to drive distributor-led marketing engagement, supporting, tracking, and monitoring marketing activities and ROIs.

  • Work with the Partner Marketing Manager to drive influencer engagement and leverage partnerships for effective brand promotion.

  • Manage campaigns with the distributor, including briefing, reviewing proposals and scripts, checking influencer profiles, obtaining necessary approvals, and overseeing the overall management to ensure the campaign goes live as planned.

  • Act as the Point of Contact (PIC) for sharing playbooks and reviewing artwork.

4. Campaign Management:

  • Implement offline campaign including, but not limited to, organizing events and IT fairs.

  • Campaign management with the distributor, including briefing, reviewing proposals and scripts, checking influencer profiles, obtaining necessary approvals, and overseeing the overall management to ensure the campaign goes live as planned.

5. Reporting:

  • Provide Monthly Business Updates (MBU), launch reports, Silicone Partner's execution reports, and more.

  • Keep the marketing plan master file up to date.

  • Monitor in-store and online Execution Excellence (EE) scores.

6. Ad-hoc Requests:

  • Handle and cover any ad-hoc requests as needed to support the team and overall marketing operations.

Additional Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of working experience in marketing operations, partner marketing or related roles.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English and local language (additional languages are a bonus).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
  • Strong skill in data handling and management.
  • Proven experience in budget management with a strong understanding of financial planning and tracking
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners and agencies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing trends.
  • Understanding of procurement processes.
  • Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior within the assigned territory.
