Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls from international clients.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions related to products, services, billing, or technical issues.
  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and courtesy during all interactions.
  • Update customer records accurately in the CRM system.
  • Follow communication scripts and company guidelines as required.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Meet quality and performance targets such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
  • B.TECH ,B.E, B.Sc, Any Post Graduation fresher are not eligible.
  • Anyone who attended interview before 30 days are not eligible to attend walk-in.
