Position: Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions, while guiding junior developers and ensuring adherence to best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions (Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, APIs).
Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or other integration tools.
Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and admins to gather requirements and provide scalable technical solutions.
Lead and mentor junior developers, performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Manage Salesforce release cycles, deployments, and version control using tools like Git, Copado, or Gearset.
Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Salesforce features, releases, and best practices, proactively recommending improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and declarative tools (Process Builder, Flow, Validation Rules, etc.).
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs or middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.).
Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, governor limits, and performance optimization.
Proficiency with DevOps & CI/CD tools for Salesforce (e.g., Git, Copado, Jenkins).
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (PD II) preferred; Platform Developer I required.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Nice-to-Have
Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or CPQ.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD) and automation testing frameworks for Salesforce.
