Key Responsibilities: Manage and troubleshoot office IT infrastructure(laptops, printers, Wi -Fi networks)Maintain firewalls, routers, and IT securitysystemsOversee CCTV, access control, and attendancesystemsProvide technical support to employees forhardware/software issuesEnsure data backup, antivirus, and ITcomplianceUse Zoho One apps (Zoho People, Zoho Assist,Zoho WorkDrive, Zoho Creator) for IT ticketing, asset management, and processautomation RequirementsSkills & Requirements:1–3 years' experience in IT support / systemadministrationKnowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, Wi -Fi,firewalls)Familiarity with Windows/Mac troubleshootingHands -on exposure to Zoho One for IT workflowsStrong problem -solving and communication skills
