Flook x Niji is a boutique café in the heart of Siolim. We focus on great coffee, high-quality ingredients, calm hospitality, and a warm, minimal aesthetic. We're building a small, passionate team that cares about great service and good energy.

Role Overview

We're looking for friendly, hardworking team members who enjoy coffee, food, and guest interaction. Experience in cafés, restaurants, or hospitality (HORECA) is preferred but not mandatory — attitude and willingness to learn matter most.

Roles include:

  • Barista
  • Service Staff / Floor Staff
  • All-Rounder
  • Cashier/Counter Handling

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve coffee, teas, juices, and café beverages
  • Assist in basic food prep and plating
  • Maintain cleanliness of the café throughout the day
  • Take orders and provide warm, attentive customer service
  • Operate POS/cash counter
  • Open/close café duties
  • Work smoothly with the kitchen team and management

Requirements

  • Prior café/HORECA experience preferred (1+ years)
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment
  • Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
  • Must be based in Goa or willing to relocate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
