Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement. Strong background in risk management and mitigation strategies. C. Industry KnowledgeSector experience in energy, utilities, or other asset-heavy industries.

Knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) and IT convergence in asset management. Awareness of regulatory compliance requirements relevant to asset management in the industry.2. Technical and Business SkillsA.

Digital Transformation Data AnalyticsExperience with AI-driven predictive maintenance and IoT-based asset tracking. Familiarity with Digital Twins and their role in EAM.Understanding of integration with ERP.B.
