Role & responsibilities
- Installation and configuration of Operating Systems (Windows 7, 10, and 11).
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of desktop and laptop hardware.
- Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, and related applications.
- Configuration and maintenance of Printers, Scanners, and other peripheral devices.
- Managing and monitoring LAN/WAN infrastructure and ensuring network connectivity across all systems.
- Configuration and troubleshooting of Wi-Fi networks and access points.
- Assigning and managing IP addresses and ensuring proper network communication.
- Performing remote installations and support using remote access tools.
- Providing support for video conferencing solutions and ensuring seamless virtual communication.
- Managing and maintaining the IT asset inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals.
- Performing regular system updates, backups, and patch management.
- Monitoring system performance, resource utilization, and proactively identifying potential issues.
- Ensuring data security, user access control, and compliance with IT policies.
- Coordinating with vendors and the procurement team for system upgrades, repairs, and replacements.
- Documenting IT processes, configurations, and support activities for internal reference.
