As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and helping expand our presence across Navi Mumbai and Mumbai. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and relationship management.

Responsibilities:


• Identify and pursue new business leads, markets, and growth opportunities.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.


• Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.


• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.


• Prepare business proposals, pitch presentations, and reports.


• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.


• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and regional market dynamics.


• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and conferences.

What We're Looking For:


• 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.


• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing accounts.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.


• Knowledge of the Mumbai market and Marathi-speaking ability is a plus.


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
