Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive who can handle both walk-in customers and architect visits on a daily basis. The candidate will play a key role in generating leads, building strong relationships with architects and customers, and converting those leads into sales.

This position is part of a dedicated brand product project and will involve working closely with a motivated team to achieve showroom and brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and assist walk-in customers, providing detailed product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
  • Visit architects, interior designers, and builders daily to promote brand products and secure business leads.
  • Generate and nurture new leads through regular follow-ups and relationship-building.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets (based on performance metrics, not just figures).
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product availability and smooth customer experience.
  • Maintain updated records of customer interactions and sales in CRM or reporting systems.
  • Actively participate in showroom promotional activities and marketing initiatives to attract customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or B2B sales (preferably in electricals, appliances, lighting, or interior products).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field visits.
  • Ability to work in a team and handle customer requirements efficiently.
  • Own conveyance preferred for daily architect visits.
