Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will play a pivotal role in the long-term success of the company by expanding our market presence and supporting strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients, markets, and growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new business and retain existing clients.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Prepare and present business proposals and pitches to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and other internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.
  • Track sales targets and report on performance metrics regularly.
  • Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue.
  • Bidding on portals like Upwork/Freelancer/Fiverr and others.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience (1– 3 years) in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with IT Industry.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and deal closure.
