We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our sales and marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with leads, explaining our trading courses, and converting inquiries into enrollments.

  • Key Responsibilities:Call potential students and explain our trading courses and programs.
  • Generate interest and schedule demo sessions or counseling calls.
  • Maintain daily call logs and follow up on leads systematically.
  • Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
  • Update CRM or lead sheets with accurate information.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign updates.
  • Requirements:Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi/English/Marathi as required).
  • Basic knowledge of stock/forex/crypto trading (training will be provided).
  • Comfortable handling calls and follow-ups.
  • Positive attitude, confidence, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Basic computer and CRM software knowledge.
