Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Real Estate Salesperson. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for client interactions, identifying and showcasing properties to meet client needs, and managing end-to-end sales processes. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, negotiating deals, fostering long-term relationships with customers, and ensuring an exceptional experience for both homebuyers and investors.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
- Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property fundamentals
- Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Proactive approach and ability to work in a dynamic on-site environment
- Familiarity with the Bengaluru real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
