Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-visibility, projects. This role is critical for managing the delivery of Master data management portfolio, which includes MDM, Data Governance, Data Hierarchy etc. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who can manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensure strict adherence to timelines and budgets, and thrive in a fast-paced, research-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple high-priority MDM projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Oversee project financing, budgeting, and PMO activities, providing clear and concise reporting to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, data engineers, and business analysts.
  • Implement and maintain strong project governance and resource planning frameworks.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies effectively.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager managing a portfolio of projects in large enterprise.
  • Strong background in project financial management and PMO activities.
  • Experience with Data Management and/or Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in complex, global organizational structure.
  • Preferred Experience:
  • Previous experience in Master data management, innovation, or technology-focused environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Prior experience in the Oil & Gas or Energy sector is a plus.
