We are currently seeking a IT Project Management Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

• Great stakeholder management - this role will support the project manager by interfacing with other departments to collate information/documentation required for the potential decommissioning of legacy systems.
• Maintain a Governance Framework - support the credence of the necessary Client's Project Board meetings or Design Authority meetings - produce a calendar of key meeting dates, attend meetings, take minutes follow actions through to completions.
• Implement and maintain document repository
• Proactively manage the controlling stage of the programme - support the Project Manager to maintain the RAID Log, identifying any key dependencies and actions or the Change Request processes.
• Excellent at producing status reports /dashboards to a high standard.
• Project financials were not mentioned as a key requirement, but this skill may prove to be useful.
• Support pre-sales team
