Role & responsibilities

  • BE Metallurgy with years preferably in Steel Wire manufacturing units - wire drawing machines, annealing process..
  • Candidate should be from a reputed college with a good academic record.
  • Should have experience in wire drawing - HIGH CARBON STEEL WIRE - 5.5MM, 1.1 MM, .340MM
  • Should have experience handling Production, Planning, Heat Treatment, Metallurgy
  • Should have experience running a 250 to 300 Cr Company with a manpower of around 250 employees.
  • Should have experience in complete Manufacturing, Design, Development, Planning, Production, QC, Labour handling etc.)
  • Should have good knowledge of Quality systems, ISO, IATF, statutory Compliances pertinent to the plant
  • Should be a self-starter and should be able to lead the unit without much support
  • Should have the capability to run and take forward a 200 Cr company
  • Should be able to look after the domestic and export market 80 and 20% respectively
  • The company is one of the five major players in the world in its operational domain.
  • Should be willing to work out of Coimbatore and relocate with family
  • Should have experience dealing with top management reporting.
  • Should have excellent communication skills.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience in High Carbon Steel wire - 5.5 mm, 1.1 mm, 0.340mm
  • Should have experience handling Production, Planning, Heat Treatment, Metallurgy, wire drawing, annealing processes,
  • Should have experience running a 250 to 300 Cr Company with a manpower of around 250 employees.
  • Should have experience in complete Manufacturing, Design, Development, Planning, Production, QC, Labor handling etc.)
  • Should have good knowledge of Quality systems, ISO, IATF, statutory Compliances pertinent to the plant
  • Should be a self-starter and should be able to lead the unit without much support
