Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources to join our team at PSGR Krishnammal College for Women. The role involves handling various HR functions and ensuring smooth HR operations within the institution. This is a mid-level position, based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, with a requirement for 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. This is a full-time employment opportunity.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources management.

Proven expertise in employee relations

Hands-on experience with payroll processing

Strong recruitment skills, including job postings, screening, and interviewing.

Proficiency in training and development programs to enhance employee skills.

Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration.

Strong understanding of HR compliance and employment laws.

Effective conflict resolution skills to handle employee disputes professionally.

Experience with HRIS management to streamline HR functions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Oversee employee relations and ensure a harmonious working environment.
  • Administer payroll and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR-related legal requirements and company policies.

Resolve conflicts and handle grievances promptly and professionally.

  • Manage and maintain the HRIS system to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.

Conduct performance reviews and support employee development.

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their HR needs and provide appropriate support.
  • Design, develop, and implement a robust Performance Management System (PMS) by defining clear Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all teaching and non-teaching staff.
  • Manage the complete performance appraisal cycle
  • Manage end to end Training & Development for Teaching & Non-Teaching.
