Job Overview

We are seeking a Real World Evidence Analyst to join our dynamic team remotely from Bangalore. The role requires a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in the field, situated at a mid-level position. As part of our mission to advance health data insights, you will play a crucial role in transforming clinical data into actionable insights by using your expertise in real world evidence analysis.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in real world evidence analysis, specifically within the healthcare industry (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong background in clinical data management to ensure that data is collected, stored, and analyzed correctly (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in oncology to effectively contribute to research and analysis within this key area (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in cancer research, with a focus on developing and executing studies that provide valuable insights into cancer treatment.
  • Working knowledge of electronic medical records for efficient data extraction and management in healthcare settings.
  • Proficiency in data analysis to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights for healthcare improvements.
  • Experience in health informatics for managing healthcare data, improving patient care, and enhancing decision-making processes.
  • Knowledge of HERO (Health Economic Research Outcomes) to assess the economic impact of health interventions and policies.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Analyze real world data to generate evidence that supports clinical and health economic research initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate insights from underrepresented populations into global health strategies.
  • Perform deep dives into clinical data sets to extract insights that can be used to influence patient care strategies and drug development.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on methodologies and data analytics tools to ensure leading practice in data insights and healthcare research.
  • Communicate data findings effectively to stakeholders, supporting them in decision-making processes for healthcare interventions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals and research institutions to facilitate data sharing and collaboration.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous data management standards and procedures.
  • Contribute to publications and presentations by providing evidence-based insights from conducted analyses.
